The number one question I get asked when clients talk plant-based nutrition with me is what vegan protein powder I use.
Since turning to veganism almost two years ago, I’ve experimented with many plant-based protein powders. I have a very sensitive stomach and was surprised when a lot of vegan powders were still upsetting my stomach, which I definitely did not think would happen.
After many, many protein powders later, and a little research from Dr. Greger, I found a protein powder I’m completely obsessed with and have been using/recommending to everyone:

I’ve used this powder now for almost a year, and it’s what I used during bikini prep. It is really creamy, and doesn’t foam up like other protein powders (I’m thinking the foaming is from rice protein).
I personally love the cookies n creme’, but all flavors are really good, including the “unflavored” in which I threw in during prep as well.
